Mobile money payments that land on the right account by themselves

Connect your system to mobile money and your bank, so payments are collected, matched to the right customer and reconciled, without anyone retyping a message.

What you get

What changes when it's in place

  • Collections matched automatically

Each payment is posted to the right customer, loan or invoice by reference or phone number, the moment it arrives.

  • A queue for the odd ones

Payments that don't match go to a short list for a person to resolve, instead of disappearing into a statement.

  • Reconciliation you can sign

Daily and settlement reports that tie what the system recorded to what reached your account.

  • Receipts and reminders

An SMS or email receipt for every payment, and reminders before the next one is due.

  • One-time codes

SMS codes for sign-in and approvals, where you need them.

EasyOwn

Device financing

A mobile app that lets a pay-as-you-go device business run sales, customers, payments and collections from a phone.

Before: Customer accounts, payments and device status were scattered across tools. Staff in the field couldn't see who had paid, whose credit was running out or which accounts needed a call.

How we work

How it usually goes

  1. Check your accounts

We look at the collection accounts you have, or help you set them up with the provider or an aggregator.

  2. Agree the matching rules

We decide with you how a payment finds its customer, and what happens when it doesn't.

  3. Test with real money

Small live payments first, checked against your statement, before customers are told to pay this way.

An honest fit

Is this right for you?

We'd rather tell you now than sell you something you don't need.

A good fit if

  • You receive many small payments by mobile money
  • Someone on your team spends hours matching payments by hand
  • Unallocated payments cause disputes with customers

Probably not yet if

  • You receive a handful of payments a week. Matching by hand is fine for now

Questions

What people ask us

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Do we need our own merchant account?

Usually yes. The collection account is in your organisation's name, with the provider or an aggregator. We help with the paperwork and handle the technical side.

Which networks do you work with?

Most of your customers will pay with MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. We work with whichever route your collection account uses.

Can you add this to the system we already have?

Often, yes, if the system can accept data from outside. We'll check before we promise anything.

Tell us what's slowing your team down.

Describe it in a few lines, the way you'd explain it to a colleague. We'll take it from there, with no sales calls and no obligation.
