Custom software, shaped around the way your team already works
When nothing off the shelf fits, we build the system your process needs: your approvals, your reports, your exceptions. And we write it all down with you before any code is written.
What you get
What changes when it's in place
Requirements in plain language
A written document, agreed with the people who'll use the system, that says what it will do. You sign it off before we build.
Roles, approvals and audit trails
Each person sees and does what their role allows. Every important change records who made it and when.
Your data, brought across
We move what you have from spreadsheets and old systems, clean it up, and check it with you.
Reports you actually asked for
The reports your managers rebuild by hand every month, produced in a click.
Something to try every week or two
A test version early on, so you can steer while changes are still cheap.
Documentation and handover
Guides for users and technical notes for whoever looks after the system next, even if it isn't us.
How we work
How it usually goes
Understand
We sit with the people who'll use the system and agree written requirements with you.
Build in short cycles
You get a test environment early and see working progress every week or two.
Launch
We deploy, move your data across and train each team on its own work.
Support
We stay on after go-live for fixes, improvements and the reports you'll discover you need.
An honest fit
Is this right for you?
We'd rather tell you now than sell you something you don't need.
A good fit if
- Your process is genuinely different, and products force you to work around them
- You're stitching several tools together with spreadsheets
- You've inherited a system nobody can change
Probably not yet if
- A good off-the-shelf product already does 90% of what you need. Buying it will be cheaper, and we'll tell you
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, and we'd rather not guess. After a short call we send a written proposal with the scope, a timeline and a cost, with no obligation.
How long does it take?
Small systems take weeks, larger ones a few months. Either way, you see working software early, not just at the end.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Often, yes. We start by reviewing the code and the server, then tell you plainly whether to fix it or replace it.
What if our needs change halfway?
They usually do, and that's why we build in short cycles. We agree each change with you and its effect on time and cost before we make it.
Tell us what's slowing your team down.
Describe it in a few lines, the way you'd explain it to a colleague. We'll take it from there, with no sales calls and no obligation.
