Mobile apps built for the phones your people actually carry

Apps for customers, field agents and staff, built Android-first for everyday phones. Light on data, light on storage, and designed for network that comes and goes.

What you get

What changes when it's in place

  • Android first

Most of the people our clients serve use Android phones, often budget ones. We build for those first, and add iPhone when your users need it.

  • Light on data and storage

Small downloads, few large images, and screens that open quickly on a busy network.

  • Made for field work

Registration, search, payments and visit records from a phone, in the places your staff actually work.

  • One back end with your web system

The app and the office system share the same data, so everyone is looking at the same numbers.

  • Notifications and SMS

Reminders and alerts by push notification or SMS, whichever reaches your users.

  • Published for you

We prepare the store listing and publish the app under your organisation's account.

EasyOwn

Device financing

A mobile app that lets a pay-as-you-go device business run sales, customers, payments and collections from a phone.

Before: Customer accounts, payments and device status were scattered across tools. Staff in the field couldn't see who had paid, whose credit was running out or which accounts needed a call.

How we work

How it usually goes

  1. Go into the field

We see where the app will be used, on which phones and with what network, before we design a screen.

  2. Test on real phones

Early versions go to a few of your staff to use in real work, not just in the office.

  3. Roll out in stages

One team or branch first, then everyone, once the first group is happy.

An honest fit

Is this right for you?

We'd rather tell you now than sell you something you don't need.

A good fit if

  • Your staff work away from the office
  • Customers need something from you often, on the go
  • Paper forms are slowing everything down

Probably not yet if

  • A good mobile website would do. It's cheaper, works on every phone, and we'll say so

Questions

What people ask us

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Do we need an app at all?

Not always. If people use it now and then, a mobile-friendly website is cheaper and needs no download. Apps earn their place when people use them daily.

Will it work on iPhone too?

It can. We usually start with Android, because that's what most of your users have, and add iPhone when there's a need.

What happens when the network drops?

We design for it: short screens, small requests, and clear messages when something didn't go through.

Tell us what's slowing your team down.

Describe it in a few lines, the way you'd explain it to a colleague. We'll take it from there, with no sales calls and no obligation.

What happens next

  1. We reply within two working daysWith questions about how your team works today.
  2. A short callTo understand the problem, on the phone or in person.
  3. A written proposalScope, timeline and cost. No obligation.
